Orthodontics

Assessment of dentoalveolar relationships, eruption paths, and third-molar positions, with screening for asymmetries and root-resorption risk to support safe tooth movement.

Endodontics

Maps complex canal anatomy (including extra canals), evaluates periapical pathology and resorption, and flags suspected fractures or perforations to guide treatment and retreatment.

Impacted Teeth

3D localization with proximity to vital structures (IAN, sinus, adjacent roots), resorption risk analysis, and surgical approach considerations.

Implant Planning

Restoratively oriented measurements of bone height/width and available space, anatomic landmark mapping (IAN, mental foramen, sinus), and notes on grafting or sinus lift needs.

TMJ

CBCT evaluation of osseous components (condylar morphology, cortical integrity, erosions/osteophytes, and degenerative changes) with practical guidance for further imaging if indicated.

Airway Evaluation

Volumetric analysis and minimal cross-sectional area identification, highlighting sites of narrowing and providing screening data to support referrals for sleep-related assessment.

Periodontics

Characterizes intrabony and furcation defects, buccal/lingual plate loss, dehiscence/fenestrations, and root proximity; helps prioritize periodontal therapy and maintenance.

Oral Pathology Screening

Screens for cysts/benign neoplasms, fibro-osseous changes, sinus disease, and soft-tissue calcifications; includes referral recommendations and differential considerations.

What’s the difference between Advanced, Screening, and Panoramic & 2D Reports?

Advanced Report: A comprehensive, descriptive interpretation with measurements and detailed analysis of all relevant anatomical structures. Includes key annotated screenshots, a concise impression, and practical clinical recommendations.

Screening Report: A brief narrative highlighting significant findings and outlining next steps; no images or measurements. If a more detailed evaluation is needed, the case may be upgraded to an Advanced Report at the radiologist’s discretion. The provider will be notified before any changes are made.

Panoramic & 2D Report: A concise, text-only interpretation of panoramic and other 2D dental radiographs focused on significant findings and clinical relevance. Includes a brief narrative and impression, without images, measurements, or advanced analyses.

All reports follow the same timelines (standard 2–3 business days; 12-hour rush service available).

How am I billed, and how do I pay?

You’ll receive an email notification with a consolidated invoice on the first business day of each month for all interpretation requests submitted in the prior month. Payment is completed securely through the portal.

Do you offer a rush option?

Yes. A 12-hour rush service is available for an additional fee. Select “Rush” when submitting your request through the portal.
