By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are using the Service on behalf of yourself or a legal entity you are authorized to represent.

IDRadiology provides software and related services designed for use by healthcare providers, imaging centers, and medical professionals, including tools for image review, reporting, collaboration, and related workflows.

The Service is intended for professional and clinical use only and is not intended for personal, consumer, or emergency medical use.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain and update your account information as necessary;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Use Restrictions

IDRadiology does not:

  • Provide treatment recommendations;
  • Practice medicine or radiology.

All medical decisions remain the sole responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals using the Service.

7. Health Information and Compliance

If you upload, process, or store patient or health-related data through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained all required patient consents and authorizations;
  • Your use complies with all applicable healthcare privacy laws (including HIPAA, where applicable);
  • You will only use the secure Platform for such data.

Any business associate agreements (BAAs) or data processing agreements (DPAs) must be executed separately, where required.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment.

You agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you;
  • Provide accurate billing and payment information;
  • Authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by or licensed to IDRadiology.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or confidential information obtained through the Service, including technical, business, or customer information.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services or websites. IDRadiology is not responsible for third-party services and does not endorse them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Suspension and Termination

  • Required by law or regulation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDRADIOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IDRADIOLOGY’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO IDRADIOLOGY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDRadiology and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
